You can Drop-Off or ship your computer, laptop or server and we will do everything from installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs for you. Our knowledgeable staff will get back to you with an estimated time for completion so you can either stop by and pick up your system or we will ship it back to you via UPS, DHL or FEDEX, whichever is most convenient to you. Shipping cost will depend on the weight of your package and shipping solution you choose. The shipping cost is the clients responsibility Not BCS.

We provide On-Site service for your convenience. Our service are covers the State of New Jersey. We work by appointment only. This way we secure your spot and make sure someone will be home or office when we arrive to provide our services and support. This package includes, system troubleshooting, drivers installation, systems updates, system optimization and clean up...Price per PC-Laptop system: $85.00/to show up/$75.00 hr-there after Plus+Read below:..

Server Cost per hour is $125.00 hr/to show up and $100.00 there after. We support Windows/Linux systems.

Hardware Installation: **Hardware NOT Included**

Internal Cards: Video, Sound, Nic/Ethernet, USB, and Fire-wire. The cost for this service is $30.00 this includes, installation and configuration of hardware of your choice. You provide the hardware or we can get it for you at additional cost.

Memory-Installs: This service covers your memory installation and configuration on your system ($30.00). You provide the memory chips-RAM and we will do the rest for you. If you are not certain what type of memory your system requires, we can order it for you at low cost.

Printer-Scanner (s) Installation:

We support HP, Dell, Lexmark, cannon and Epson printers and software packages provided by manufactures. We can install your local printer or network printer for you. Our technicians will configure your printer to work and print properly so you can have peace of mind. The cost of this service is $ 30.00 for home users and $85.00 for businesses. We can also order printers, scanner and faxes for you or your office at competitive prices.

Software Installations: **Software packages NOT included**

We can update, upgrade your software packages for you to the latest version. We support Microsoft, Norton/Symantec, Veritas, utilities, games, security, audio/video, imaging software packages, and more.. or e-mail us to confirm that we support the software package of your choice. The cost for this service is $55.00 for home users and $85.00 for businesses. We can also order the software packages for you for additional cost to you. Pricing will vary depending on the software package you choose.

Internet Ready Setup:

Installation of internet service provider software and configuration of your account for optimal use and setting up your Microsoft outlook to pop your e-mail client in your inbox for your convenient is $35.00 for home users and for Small business it depends on their network and amount of clients that need to be configured.

We support Verizon DSL and Comcast cable high speed internet (ISP). If you do not have time to place your order for Verizon DSL or Comcast we will get the billing information from you and act on your behave with your written permission to go ahead and place the order for service at your location. We will check the with the ISP provider for availability in your area, submit the order, and forward copies of all electronic transactions to your email.

Once your ISP sets-up your account and provides and installation date to connect your service, we will arrive at your location to assist you finalize, configure and setup of your Internet and e-mail accounts.
